Service Description

Team & Leadership Coaching focuses on those people who want to improve their skills to lead teams in any type of area, not necessarily management of a company as well as their teams. My program consist of leadership coaching sessions which are a detailed process designed to help facilitate leadership development and personal growth resulting in improved performance of teams, executives, leaders and those who aspire to lead intentionally. As your team & leadership coach, my goal is to partner with you in guiding you towards the fulfillment of your and your team's professional and leadership goals. Cancellation Policy

Appointments are booked at 1 hour (50 minutes) or 1 ½ hour (80 minute) increments. Make your coaching/mentoring sessions a priority. Keeping appointments is therapeutically beneficial to you as a client and is respectful to the valuable time of your coach/mentor and staff who desire to serve your needs. You are required to pay half the session fee for a missed appointment not cancelled 24 hours in advance. This allows your coaches/mentors time to schedule someone else who may need our services.
